Buying a new home is a big deal. Document this memorable milestone with a beautiful, custom scrapbook page entitled Our New Home. I offer other housewarming designs in this shop. This page is designed to be the cover page for a housewarming scrapbook, but can also be used by itself in a family album, given as a housewarming gift or however you'd like to use it. All the items in my shop are professionally and beautifully packaged, so they can be given as gifts as they are. This can also be framed and given as a gift or hung up in your home.

I can use just about any color and pattern theme you'd like. Just include your preferences on the order. The page title design, white picket fence, picture frame sizes will all remain the same, unless otherwise requested. Also be sure to include the address of the home you'd like me to put on the customized address plaque.

NOTICE of DESIGN CHANGE: I'm out of the floral background paper shown in the pictures and will be replacing it with a new background. If this is a concern, you may request I sent you a picture of the new colors prior to ordering. The layout and design features will remain the same. The colors will probably change to match the new background colors.

*Photo shape dimensions are the size you need to size/crop your pictures to fit the shape. The shape is a little larger than the dimensions indicated, so your photos have a border around them when they are centered on each shape.

PERSONALIZATION: This order comes with custom address plaque, so be sure to include the address of the home in your order.

COLORS and PATTERNS: You may request any color/pattern theme you'd like at no extra charge. Please include your requests with your order, leave good contact info and be sure to check your etsy messages in case I have questions.

Unless otherwise requested, your pages will arrive assembled with re-positionable tape, in case you need to re-arrange the layout. It is recommended that permanent, photo-safe, acid free adhesives are used to secure your pages and keep the items from shifting once you have finalized your layout.

Because of the custom nature of these sets, no refunds, returns or exchanges are allowed. However, if there are any issues with your order, please message me and I will be happy to work with you.
